Course Overview:
Introduces infants and toddlers to the water with a parent. Focuses on water adjustment, comfort, and safety through guided play.
Prerequisites:
Parent/guardian must be in the water with the child.
Learning Objectives:
• Water entry and exit with support
• Blowing bubbles and water exploration
• Front and back positions with assistance
• Floating with support
• Introduction to submersion
• Basic safety skills and parent education
Note:
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early
• Swimsuit required + shower before class
• Do NOT attend if fever/diarrhea within 24 hrs
• Bring towel, goggles, sandals
• No make-up classes for missed lessons

• Parents observe from designated areas (no coaching during class)
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class
• Minimum 5 participants required or class may be rescheduled
• No refunds within 5 days of class start
• Swimming takes time—encourage your swimmer and celebrate progress!
